By using the WPU Library Research Hub, AIRA, research tools, or Messenger Helpdesk, you agree to use the service for legitimate library, academic, research, and information-assistance purposes.
Service Use
The service provides discovery, metadata records, research workspaces, deterministic and AI-assisted tools, citations, resource-access support, and automated and/or librarian-assisted replies. External resources remain subject to the originating provider's access rules and terms.
User Responsibilities
- Provide clear, respectful, lawful, and accurate inputs.
- Do not submit passwords, confidential participant data, unnecessary sensitive personal information, or material you are not authorized to process.
- Respect copyright, licenses, repository policies, access controls, academic integrity, and research-ethics requirements.
- Verify generated text, metadata, citations, and critical academic or administrative information against original or official sources.
Limitations
Metadata and AI-generated outputs are research-support information, not proof of a study's findings, legal advice, professional advice, or a substitute for adviser, librarian, ethics, or expert review. Availability, accuracy, rights, access, links, services, and schedules may change.
Privacy and Data
Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting removal of helpdesk data are available on the Data Deletion page.
